Last updated: 30 April 2026.
This page explains the cookies and similar technologies Shesaftir places on your device. We comply with the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Consent is managed through the Cookiebot platform — you can change your choices at any time by clicking the cookie icon at the bottom of any page.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser. Some are required for the site to function (e.g. remembering your cookie consent choice); others enable analytics or marketing. Cookies cannot read other files on your device, and are not viruses or executable code.
2. The four cookie categories
- Strictly necessary. Keep the site secure, remember your cookie choices, allow age confirmation. Always on; cannot be disabled. Includes the Cookiebot
CookieConsentcookie. - Functional / Preferences. Remember non-critical settings (e.g. last-viewed track). Off by default.
- Analytics. Anonymous traffic patterns. Off by default; we do not currently load Google Analytics, but Consent Mode v2 is wired so it can be added without breaking compliance.
- Marketing. Third-party advertising and remarketing pixels. Off by default. We do not currently run a marketing pixel.
3. Cookie categories on this site
The categories below populate from Cookiebot once the consent platform is configured. Until the operator has registered the domain at cookiebot.com and replaced the placeholder CBID, this section will appear empty.
4. Third-party services
- Cookiebot (Cookiebot ApS) — consent management; sets
CookieConsentcookie, strictly necessary. - Google reCAPTCHA — bot prevention on the newsletter and contact forms; loaded only when you submit a form. Cookies/data may transfer to Google under the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Google Fonts — Inter and Roboto Slab; loaded from Google's CDN. No identifying cookie set; Google may log anonymous request metadata.
